
Reisastua Wilderness Lodge’s experienced chefs prefer to cook food based on local ingredients. Our specialty is game dishes with long traditions in the Reisa Valley, including Reisa salmon, moose, reindeer and grouse.
We can also prepare specialties such as Norwegian wild sheep, king crab and halibut even though these do not have traditions in the Reisa Valley. The meals are accompanied by good beverages, either inside at the lodge’s banquet table or out in the great outdoors.
Reisastua Wilderness Lodge collaborates with talented chefs from throughout Norway. We are proud to offer special world-class game dishes served by the acclaimed TV chef Erling Sundal, a Norwegian and Nordic champion in culinary art, who will gladly serve his specialties.
Erling can also offer his award-winning menu from the Nordic Culinary Championship.
