Reisastua Wilderness Lodge serves traditional and game dishes based on locally-sourced ingredients, including Reisa salmon, reindeer meat, lamb from local farmers or grouse. We are also lucky to collaborate with acclaimed TV chef Erling Sundal, who offers delicious dishes prepared in masterly fashion. Our most exclusive culinary product is Erling’s award-winning menu from 2005, which won him the title of Norwegian champion.
