Our chefs

Reisastua Wilderness Lodge collaborates with talented chefs from throughout Norway. Our guests may choose a chef to suit their own requirements and wishes.

We are proud to offer special world-class game dishes served by the acclaimed TV chef Erling Sundal, a Norwegian and Nordic champion in culinary art. Erling has considerable experience as a gourmet chef.

On special occasions, Erling comes to Reisastua to share his knowledge with our guests.

Trond has many years’ experience as a chef and has experience as a chef for guests at the Alta River from all over the globe. Trond has a particular talent for game dishes and loves to work with locally-sourced ingredients.
