The whales

Are you ready for an experience you never forget? Join us on a spectacular fjord cruise where we in the fantastic Norwegian fjords search for one of the world's largest mammals.

From late October to mid-February, many whales visit the fjords outside Nordreisa, Skjervøy and Lyngen to feed on the herring. The good conditions here are what give you the opportunity to experience whales up close. The most common types of whales to be seen here are humpback whales, killer whales, and fin whales.

This tour is highly recommended as a "must do" for both locals and visitors!

Why our Whale Safari?

We present the whale safari in the way we think is best! We use a medium-sized boat that can get close to the fantastic creatures while we do not disturb them when they feed on the herring that are in the fjords.

In addition, the boat "Constance" is equipped with comfortable seats and plenty of space inside where hot lunch and drinks can be enjoyed while we look for the whales. On the outside of the boat, there are also good decks that allow you to take fantastic photos or just enjoy the view and have an experience you will reminisce about for the rest of your life.
